1. Return and Exchange Policy

We accept return or exchange requests under the following conditions:

  • Significantly Different Item: The product received differs greatly from its description or sample shown, such as poor printing quality, distorted, misplaced, faded, or unclear patterns.

  • Damaged or Defective Item: The item is damaged due to production faults or during shipping.

  • Wrong or Incomplete Order: You received the wrong size, color, design, or parts of your order are missing.

  • Lost in Transit: Your package has been confirmed as lost by the carrier.

  • Production/System/Carrier Errors: Issues caused by our manufacturing, internal systems, or shipping partners.

Due to hygiene reasons and because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong size, or changing preferences after purchase.

Return Request Instructions

To request a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service Team within 10 days of receiving your order at [email protected] and include the following:

  • Your Order Number.

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue, along with the shipping label.

Important:

  • Items must be photographed on a flat surface with defects clearly visible.

  • For issues involving print size or placement, include a measuring tool (such as a tape measure or ruler) in the photo.

Once verified, we will issue a replacement at no extra cost. You are not required to return the defective item unless instructed otherwise.

If a return is requested, please follow these guidelines:

  • Return method: By mail only.

  • Shipping costs: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Condition of return: Item must be unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Unqualified returns (items returned without approval, used items, or missing tags) will not be refunded and will be forfeited.

Please contact us first before returning any items. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


2. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund

We will issue a full refund or send a free replacement under the following conditions:

  • Your order was canceled according to our Cancellation Policy.

  • Your item did not arrive within 30 business days from the order date.

  • The received item is defective, blurred, misprinted, or damaged.

  • You received the wrong item, size, or color.

  • Your product has defects caused by our manufacturing, systems, or shipping processes.

  • Your package was confirmed lost by the shipping carrier.

  • Clear photos or videos of the faulty product along with the shipping label.

Photos must clearly show the defect or issue. If needed, please include a measuring tool to highlight sizing or print misplacement problems.


Refund Process

  • Once we confirm eligibility, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to your original method of payment.

  • Bank processing times may vary depending on your card issuer or bank policies.

Refund Exceptions

We do not accept refunds or returns under these circumstances:

  • Products made-to-order as specified by you (correct size, design, color) but you changed your mind.

  • Returns made without prior approval from our Customer Service Team.

  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, or have missing original tags or packaging.

  • Orders with incorrect information due to customer error (wrong size, wrong color, wrong address).

  • Items purchased during promotions, clearance sales, or using discount codes.

  • Claims made for delayed shipping more than 60 business days after the order date.

Note: If your order is delayed or you encounter any issues, please notify us immediately to avoid the rejection of claims.


3. Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address, size, and product selections at checkout.

  • Refunds will only be processed once the item is received (if required) and inspected or if sufficient proof of issue is provided.

  • Shipping, handling, and taxes are non-refundable.

  • Riochristian reserves the right to refuse any refund, replacement, or return if it does not meet the criteria stated above.
